Swim Course
A counter-clockwise 800yd triangle in the calm waters of Stissing Lake.
Wetsuits are legal but not mandatory.
You are welcome to wear a personal swim buoy if you are more comfortable. We would ask that you start at the back of the pack to avoid interfering with other swimmers.

Bike Course
This hilly, winding course will make you wish you had time to stop and take in the views.
Markings on the pavement at each turn and plenty of signs will take you on a 12.6 mile hilly ride.
There are no aid stations on the bike course. There is one located inside of transition before you head out on the bike and run.

Exit T1 and turn LEFT onto Beach Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto Lake Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 199 East
Make immediate LEFT onto Bowman Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto Ryan Rd.
Turn LEFT onto N. Main St. (no sign)
Make immediate/sharp LEFT onto Silvernails Rd. (Hoffman Rd. goes RIGHT)
At TRIANGLE stay RIGHT onto County Route 7
Turn RIGHT onto Gallatinville Rd.
At TRIANGLE stay LEFT onto Sigler Rd.
Sigler Rd. becomes Hall Hill Rd.
Turn HARD LEFT onto Dam Rd. (Hoffman Rd. goes RIGHT)
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 82
Turn RIGHT onto State Route 199
Turn LEFT onto Poplar Ave.
Turn RIGHT onto Stissing Ave.
At Beach Rd. (LEFT) and Lake Shore Dr. (RIGHT) GO STRAIGHT!!!
Turn LEFT onto Beach Rd. and enter T2
Run Course
Complete your race with a 3.3 mile loop around the lake.
Fast course on paved, quiet roads.
Fully stocked aid stations at every mile marker on the course with gels and water.
