Race options:
Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10K run.
R-B-R (duathlon): 1 mile run, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.

The deadline to receive the DOUBLE FINISHER MEDAL for completing May and October races, you must be registered/ have completing May race and be registered for Oct race by August 15, 2022. If you completed the May race and you sign up for the October race AFTER August 15, 2022, we will not have a double finisher medal because we MUST ORDER those medals on August 16th in the morning.
