- Swim 1 mile
- Bike 28 miles
- Run 7.5 miles
Event options
- Individual Triathlon
- Aquabike (Swim/ Bike only)
- Duathlon (3.5 mile run / Bike / 7.5 mile run
- Relay ( Swim/Bike/Run) but with 2-3 total team members divvying up the legs
All entries get a T-shirt and lunch!
