Details

Volunteers at the registration booth will greet participants, check in registered runners and walkers, assist with same-day registration, distribute race materials, and answer basic event questions. Volunteers will also help direct participants to the start area and ensure waiver forms are completed before the race begins.

Event Take Down & Clean Up High Priority

At least 13 more volunteers needed.

Details

Event take-down and clean-up volunteers assist after the race by breaking down tents, tables, and signage, collecting course markers, and helping load supplies. Volunteers also help pick up trash, organize remaining materials, and restore the event area to its original condition.

Finish Line Cheering

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Finish line cheer volunteers encourage and celebrate runners and walkers as they cross the finish line by clapping, cheering, and offering positive support. Volunteers help create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere and may assist with directing participants to the snack and water areas after finishing.

Event Set Up

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Event set-up volunteers assist with preparing the race area before the event by helping unload supplies, set up tents, tables, signage, and course markers, and organize registration and water stations. Volunteers help ensure the event area is safe, clean, and ready for participants and families before the race begins.

Water Table

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Water table volunteers set up and monitor the hydration station, distribute water to runners and walkers during the race, and help keep the area clean and stocked. Volunteers also assist with trash collection and encourage participants as they pass by.

Snack Table

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Snack table volunteers set up and manage the refreshment area, distribute snacks to participants after the race, monitor food supplies, and help keep the area clean and organized.

Details

The event photographer will help capture the spirit, energy, and special moments of the Joyful Motion Run for the Children 5k and 1 mile Fun Run. Photographer should be familiar with cameras. CAMERAS NOT PROVIDED, BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA
