Details

Transition is one of the most important tasks of this event. Transition volunteers will ensure that ONLY ATHLETES are allowed into the transition zone before, during, and after the race. In addition to that, volunteers will be expected to assist athletes with securing their numbers and making sure they have everything they may need for the race.

The main priority of this task is to ensure cyclists make their way around the Bike Leg in a safe and orderly manner. Volunteers will be positioned at various points along the course until the last cyclist has finished the leg

Details

As athletes cross the finish line, volunteers will hand them water and help them make their way to the athlete food/reunion area. If anyone appears to be in need of medical attention, you are to notify the medic staff on site immediately. Help with breakdown and cleanup is also part of this.
