Volunteers will fill cups half way and pass out water to runners. Following the race, these volunteers will place used cups in the provided trash back and fold up table. A Cyclist wearing a safety vest will let the volunteers know when the last runner has passed.

These spots are on the Senior Bike Course and are "early release" spots, which means since the Junior bike route and the Senior run route do not overlap on this section of the Senior Bike Course, volunteers stationed at these spots are finished Volunteering earlier than Volunteers stationed at other locations along the course. We will have a cyclist in an orange safety vest sweeping the course to let you know when the last Senior biker has passed and it's safe for you to leave. (Fogbee volunteers usually sign up for these spots)
