How Do I Log My Miles?
There are three ways to log your miles manually through the race page, your RunsignUp profile, or upload from Strava or Garmin.
Strava and Garmin users: you'll need to download your activity activity file beforee uploading it into RunSignUp.

Export your activity file. Save the GPX or FIT file to your computer or mobile device.

Log in to your RunSignUp account

Go to My Registered Races and select 10k Miles: 10k Trees - REACH GREEN Virtual Challenge

On the RunSignUp page results page, click "Load Activity from File", upload file

If You’re Logging Manually:
A) From the Race Page:

Log in to your RunSignUp account

Go to My Registered Races and select 10k Miles: 10k Trees - REACH GREEN Virtual Challenge

Click Results - Submit Virtual Results

Search for your registration (name, email, or DOB).

Enter the number of miles you completed

Click Submit Activity
B) From Your Profile:
- Sign in to RunSignUp and click your profile icon
- Under "Upcoming Events", select "Submit Virtual Results"
- Enter activity and click submit
You can enter miles daily or add them in batches. Just be sure they’re logged during the challenge period (October 1–31).
Why Logging Your Miles Matters
Every mile you log results in a tree being planted on your behalf.
What is a Virtual Challenge?
- A Virtual Challenge is an event that can be done anywhere.
- Unlike a typical race, you do not have to complete the challenge on a particular course and at a specific time.
- Simply log your miles, no matter how you move (run, walk, ride, swim, row) from October 1 -31.
- Every mile you log log, we'll plant a tree on your behalf.
Is There a Mile Requirement?
- No, there is no minimum mile requirement.
- Any amount helps us towards our goal of reaching 10k Miles for 10k Trees. Just be sure to log the miles you complete and submit them by October 31.
How Can Someone Donate
For Participants
When you register for the 10k Miles: 10k Trees - REACH GREEN Virtual Challenge, you’ll see an option to make a donation during checkout. Simply choose the amount you’d like to give and add it to your registration. If you’ve already registered, you can log in to your RunSignUp account, go to My Registered Races, select 10k Miles: 10k Trees - REACH GREEN Virtual Challenge, and click Donate. From there, you can make a one-time gift or increase a previous donation at any time.
For Non-Participants
You don’t have to be a registered participant to support this challenge. To make a donation without registering, go to our Donation Page on RunSignUp, select your amount (or enter a custom amount), and complete the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt right away.
After the Challenge
If you’re inspired by the challenge or want to contribute once the event has ended, you can still donate. Just visit the REACH GREEN website Donate
