Summer Strength & Conditioning 

  • The Upstate Running Club is partnering with the Without Limits Training program and their certified coaches to offer seasonal training sessions for Cross Country and Track & Field for athletes ages 7-13. Minimum training level is required for team membership. Please see program details below for qualification standards for each season.
  • Youth ages 7-13
  • Days/Times/Location: June 1st - August 1st
    • Tuesday @ 6pm GTC All Comers
    • Thursday @ 9am @ Fishers
  • Included In Program Registration

    • In Person Coaching and Consultation from our Certified Coaching Staff
    • Weekly Training Plan
    • Weekly Team Practices
    • Discounted Race Entries 
  • Minimum Athlete Fitness Requirement

    • 400m Timed Run under 1:40
    • Previous Season times are acceptable
    • New athletes please submit result if applicable
    • New Athletes will have an opportunity to run a time trial at beginning of season
    • Please do not register unless you can verify/confirm with the coaches this standard has been met
