Founded in 1984, the Rochester Area Triathletes, Inc. (aka RATs) is an organized non-profit 501c3, certified by USAT and Ironman, with over 300 multi-sport enthusiasts dedicated to supporting "Athletes of All Abilities".  No matter what level or distance you fall into as a triathlete, we have absolute beginners to Kona-qualifiers.  You belong!
