If you can't make the live event for any reason, there are several options to complete the event virtually to earn race swag. Virtual events are a great way to get active out in your own neighborhood without having to travel to a live event. You can race on your own time, on your own course, and still compete against those who will be racing at the live event.
Completing the event is easy, simply swim, bike, and run on your own time at your favorite location then submit your results (see below for submission instructions). The distances can be anything you are comfortable with but we recommend a minimum of 125-meter swim, 2-mile bike, and 1-mile run. If swimming isn't an option substitute another workout like more running, calisthenics, etc.
Contact us to see what kind of extra support we can offer including signage, results and timing, etc. to make your small group virtual race feel more like a live race experience.
Results can be submitted for an event completed anytime in April. The submission period begins at midnight on April 1st and end at 11:59pm on April 30th. The simplest way to submit your results click the button below to go to the Results page, click the Submit Virtual Results button, and complete the form listed. There are a few different ways to submit your results, check out the RunSignup tutorial for Submitting and Managing Virtual Results.
You'll be receiving multiple reminder emails throughout the virtual race.
Virtual race packets will be mailed to participants at the conclusion of the submission period. Your items will be shipped via USPS with tracking and you'll receive a tracking number to the email you used to register once the packets are scanned in at the post office. We'll send some additional details about packet shipping to ensure you are informed throughout the entire process.
