While Live Red Foundation does not offer refunds, we do allow deferred registrations for a small fee of $30.00.

How do I defer my registration?
You can defer your registration by logging in to RunSignup and navigating to: Manage Registration > Deferrals.

I deferred my registration last year. How do I claim my deferral?
To claim a deferral, log into your RunSignup profile and select the Deferrals tab. You will see a list of your deferred races. When registration opens for the next year’s event, click the Complete Deferral link to transfer your deferred registration to the current year’s event. After clicking Complete Deferral, you will be directed to the race website with details about your deferred registration. Click Start Transfer to finalize the process and register for the current year’s race.

If the Complete Deferral option does not appear in your list of deferrals, please contact the race directly for assistance.
