Our 5K course starts and ends upstairs at The Water Works in Buffalo Bayou Park because if you’re going to suffer, you might as well do it with a skyline view. You’ll follow the trails west along Buffalo Bayou to the Rosemont Pedestrian Bridge at Montrose Blvd, then swing back east to the Hobby Center Pedestrian Bridge before returning to the finish.

Along the course you'll find 💧Water stations for hydration and🔥Roast stations for ego dehydration. Be sure to snap a few photos of that downtown skyline on your way back. Nothing says “I survived” like a sweaty selfie with skyscrapers.

While Illustrated Course Maps are cute and colorful they are slightly slower to update than the Live Race Site Map. This will be the most accurate, always-updated version (because things do change, especially in Houston).

Everyone else can park downtown and catch our free parking shuttles, running continuously throughout the event. Shuttle pick-up is at Bagby St & Rusk St. Just follow the laughter (and maybe a few groans). We’d love to say Houston parking is easy, but we'll leave the jokes to the comedians at post race.
