Registration fees for the Jaime Pinaire 5K Race & Fun Run are non‑refundable.

As a scholarship‑fundraising event, all registration fees directly support the mission of the James A. Pinaire III Foundation. For this reason, no refunds, transfers, or deferrals will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather, scheduling conflicts, or inability to participate.
