Can’t make it to Chatham on race day? The Virtual Jaime Pinaire 5K & Fun Run lets you participate from anywhere while still supporting the scholarship mission of the James A. Pinaire III Foundation.

Virtual Race Window

Virtual participants may complete their event anytime during the official virtual race period:
Saturday, May 30 through Sunday, June 7, 2026.

How It Works (Simple Steps)

1. Register for the Virtual 5K Run/Walk or Virtual Fun Run option on this site.
2. Choose your route—run or walk on a course that works for you (neighborhood, track, treadmill, trail, etc.).
3. Optional: Your confirmation email includes a link to download and print a virtual race bib—great for photos and race‑day fun.
4. Complete your distance anytime during the virtual race window.
5. Share your experience by uploading a photo to the race website and/or posting on social media with #jaimesrace.

Race T‑Shirt & Shipping

• To receive an official race T‑shirt, you must register by May 10, 2026.
• If you are a virtual participant and cannot pick up your shirt locally, please add $7.50 for shipping during registration so we can mail your shirt to you. Thank you for helping cover shipping costs so more proceeds can support student scholarships.
• Shirts for eligible virtual participants will be mailed after the deadline; please allow time for delivery.
